To test the performance, Ar@net deployed MetroLinq 2.5G 60-35 products on a problematic 1.4 km PTP link. The MetroLinq enabled a significant jump in performance – from a sluggish 70Mbps on the previous 5GHz link to a blazing 1.7 Gbps – a nearly 25x capacity increase! A video showing the throughput was recorded to illustrate the performance of their new 60 GHz PTP link.
