Solution First download the the required file from firmware files section of the Tranzeo support site.

The file you download will be a .zip file and you will need to extract the files before uploading to the radio. Inside the .zip there will be several files: a .bin file, a .md5 file, a .mib file, and two .pdf files.

When you have the files extracted make sure to read the enclosed upgrade instructions pertaining to the version incase there are special requirements.

The file that you need to upload to the radio is the .bin file. Do not upload the .md5 file!

Also including in the download is a .MIB file which can be used to poll the radio for SNMP information.
