Solution General upgrade paths (applies to all radios except the EN500 and ER1000 radios):

In order to upgrade your radio make sure that you are on build 84 or above.

If on Software 1.10:
build 62r -> build 84r -> latest

If on Firmware version 2.10
2.0.x -> 2.0.19 -> latest

It is preferable that you default the radio after upgrading your radio with the above steps.

If on Firmware version 3.x.x
3.x.x -> latest

How to determine you are on build 84 or later:
Once you have logged into your radio you will see the information page. Look for Software section.

If it begins with 1.10 then note the build as indicated in the brackets. If it says 84r or above then you can upgrade to the latest firmware version.

However, if the build is 62r or below then you will need to take the following upgrade steps:

First make note of the exact model radio it is you are needing to upgrade. Then go to the firmware download section and download the specific firmware version for that particular model radio (eg. TR-5a-21 on build 62r you need to download the TR-5a21f-84r.zip). Once you have upgraded your radio to build 84 then follow the upgrade steps above.
